Code of Conduct

Last updated: 27 June 2026

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards we hold ourselves to across KosovoGroup and every company in our group. It applies to our people, and we ask the same of the partners, suppliers and communities we work with. Living up to it is how we earn trust and build companies that last.

Our values

We were built on integrity, transparency and excellence, and we expect those values in everything we do. We act honestly, we keep our promises, and we treat every person we work with fairly and with respect.

Integrity and ethics

We do the right thing, even when it is difficult and even when no one is watching. We are honest in our communications, accurate in our records, and we never cut corners that put people, quality or trust at risk.

Respect, dignity and inclusion

We are stronger because we are diverse. We treat colleagues, partners and customers with dignity, and we build teams where people of every background, gender and belief can do their best work and be heard.

Zero tolerance for harassment and discrimination

We do not tolerate harassment, bullying or discrimination of any kind. Everyone has the right to a safe and respectful environment, and we act on concerns quickly and fairly.

Health, safety and wellbeing

We look after one another. We follow safe working practices, support the wellbeing of our people, and never put short-term results ahead of someone’s health or safety.

Conflicts of interest

We make decisions in the best interest of the group, not for personal gain. Where a personal interest could influence our work, we declare it openly and step back from the decision where needed.

Anti-bribery and corruption

We compete on merit. We do not offer, give, request or accept bribes or improper payments in any form, and we comply with the anti-corruption laws that apply to us.

Gifts and hospitality

Modest, reasonable hospitality can be a normal part of business. Anything that could be seen as influencing a decision is not acceptable, and when in doubt, we declare it or decline it.

Protecting information and privacy

We protect the confidential information entrusted to us, and we handle personal data lawfully and with care, in line with our Privacy Policy. We never misuse information for personal advantage.

Company assets

We use company assets, systems and funds responsibly and for their intended purpose, and we protect them from loss, damage and misuse.

Partners and communities

We hold our partners and suppliers to the same standards we set for ourselves, and we invest in the communities we are part of, especially the young people and women building their future with us.

Speaking up

If something does not look right, we say so. Anyone can raise a concern in good faith without fear of retaliation, and we take every report seriously. Concerns can be raised with your manager or at [email protected].

Accountability

This Code is part of how we work. Breaching it has consequences, up to and including ending a working relationship. We review the Code regularly to keep it relevant and strong.
